Banquet / Share Platter menu for 2015 wedding receptions

SafeHands Catering has updated our Banquet / Share Platter menu for 2015 wedding receptions.  We have a range of options to suit all guests and can incorporate Vegetarian and Gluten Free.  Our catering service can begin with a selection of Finger Foods to follow your wedding ceremony while Bridal Party photographs are taken.
Once guests enter for seating a selection of Hot & Cold Share Platters will be available for guests, served directly to guest tables.  Platters can be passed around the table to enjoy allowing a social relaxed atmosphere.
We can provide a range of desserts to end the evenings catering or offer a Wedding Cake Plating service for guests.

Canapés - Finger Foods
Served to guests while standing to follow the reception

Finger food is a great addition to buffets, especially at Weddings. A selection of hot and cold Finger Food can be served to guests prior to dinner service.

Cake Service

If you would like your wedding cake served to guests for dessert, our Chef will plate and present with cream, fresh mint and a fruit garnish; served buffet style using Bamboo Boats and bio spoons. This is a great way to serve your wedding cake for dessert and keep costs to a minimum. Served with Tea and Coffee station, an urn is required and is served with disposable cups.

Cutlery, Plates and Napkin will be set onto guest tables, Anti-Pesto platters, Breads and Salads will be placed onto the centre of tables just prior to guests being seated.  Hot platters including Meats and Vegetables are served to tables once guests are seated and dinner has been announced.  
Please ensure during setup there is minimal decorations/glassware on the centre of tables to ensure room for long platters.  

Additional staff required to assist with walking platters to guest tables & clearing to follow.
Pricing includes 1 chef and 1 wait staff, plates and cutlery.  
Please note a once off travel and booking fee is applied, pricing is dependent on the location.
Staff Pricing $165 for 4 hours, $35 per hour thereafter per person
